Medical Case Management, Inc. is devoted to the delivery of quality care for the injured worker and savings for employers and payers. You will find our registered nurses work as an advocate to the patient, a partner to the employer, a facilitator to the medical community, and a good steward to the TPAs. Our focus is on accurate assessments, effective communication, strategic planning of patient care, and a proper management of the life of the claim.
Based in Birmingham, Alabama, we serve the need for a grassroots organization across the state of Alabama and neighboring areas. The 10-year long success story begins with relationships – decades of investment, building a network of relationships with physicians, therapists, managed care agents, DMEs, TPAs, employers, and key influencers in the worker's compensation industry.
The approach we take to effectively resolve claims yields a higher return on investment than the corporate competition. By focusing treatment on the reported injury and identifying factors which can impede this progression, we enable our patients, providers and claims managers to better project a realistic time-frame for recovery. Direct access is given to local case managers to ensure a swift resolution for timely and sustained return-to-work.
